The candidate has to meet strict requirements regarding the percentage of its R&D headcount, its R&D expenses in recent three fiscal years, its major business revenue in the previous year, the average growth rate of its revenue or net profit in the previous three years, management team and finical regulations. It will be further assessed through oral defense and online review before eventually be selected as "2016 Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise."
